Be the strongest
version of yourself.
Strong, by your definition.
Strength has multiple dimensions, just like your health and wellbeing. Along with physical training, there are many other aspects to consider to be at your strongest, healthiest, and peak performance. When all parts of your body and mind are taken into consideration - physical, mental, social, lifestyle, habits, work, nutrition, sleep, etc. - combined with the right training knowledge and expertise, you will have the foundation to start, progress, and achieve your fitness goals.

For the past 7+ years, Chantelle has been on her own health and fitness journey, incorporating and experimenting with different training styles and therapeutic modalities to become the strongest version of herself – physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Strength and conditioning training is her avenue for building confidence and feeling empowered, challenging her capabilities and questioning her beliefs, releasing stress and tension, and reconnecting with her body in the present moment.
Having worked in the management and operations profession in the digital and technology space for several years, Chantelle has an understanding of the muscular imbalances and health issues that typically accompanies the desk-sitting lifestyle. She also enjoys working with individuals from all backgrounds looking to improve their posture and form, build muscle and/or cardio, and increase their overall daily energy.
Chantelle has traveled extensively and previously lived in Italy and the Philippines. She loves camping and hiking in the summertime, attending trance or deep house music events, and relaxing with a regular sound bath. You can also find Chantelle working on her real estate business or watering her houseplant jungle.

The Training Process
As your health and fitness coach, I safely guide you to your physical outer limits, support you in feeling comfortable in those spaces, and foster an environment that encourages you to expand these limits.
Initial Assessment
It's important to get to know you and where you are currently. What we discover willl become the building blocks to your customized program and establish a baseline to measure progress.
Home Exercises
Based on the Initial Assessment, I will recommend 2-3 at-home exercises specific to you whether you're just starting out or have been training for a while. These will help with daily movement patterns that can be done at home, at a park, at the gym, or your work in between our sessions.
Custom Training Program
Each session will be tailored to you, your goals, and the current state of your body and mind for that day. We'll focus on exploring the outer limits of your physical and mental capabilities in each moment.
Specialized Support
Consistency and accountability are non-negotiables. Together, we'll align on simple yet effective solutions for you to overcome challenges and barriers along the way, as well as the best ways that I can support you.
